Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries according to ethical standards.
\n
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when clinically appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Comprehensively document client interactions, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and treatment records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
\n
• Perform intake assessments to establish client eligibility and customize treatment strategies.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual supervision to support professional growth and enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Maintain an adaptive mindset, embracing continuous learning and development throughout your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LPCC will involve working with a varied patient population, including individuals and families facing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. You will be equipped to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues within an outpatient setting, focusing on personalized care that empowers clients to navigate their unique circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts LPCC licensure is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology for clinical documentation and telehealth services is critical.
\n
• A background in providing direct psychotherapy services to clients is necessary.
\n
• Ability and comfort level to conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with various EHR systems, including but not limited to RMS and Pimsy.
\n
• Exposure to diverse clinical populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Prior work in a telehealth capacity or familiarity with remote counseling strategies.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, delivered through a fee-for-service model.
