Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a designated caseload of clients, fostering rapport and developing trust through consistent therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discuss treatment goals, update appointments, and manage client discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and assess personalized treatment plans that cater specifically to each client’s unique mental health needs.

• Document client interactions and progress thoroughly in accordance with clinical standards, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and establish initial treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Rockbridge Psychiatric Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
