Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of youth clients, establishing strong rapport and trust with each individual while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, stability, and future goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the distinct needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand clients' background and current concerns effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves youth experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
