Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Everyone's Counseling Therapy Clinic, you will:

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics to foster trust and effective communication.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing their progress, addressing challenges, and planning for discharge if appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are person-centered and tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and create an effective treatment roadmap.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions and engage in reflective supervision to enhance personal and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
