Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and professional relationships that foster a trusting environment.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, manage stability, and facilitate timely discharges as needed.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, adapting them based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including clinical progress notes and assessments, adhering to best practices and ethical standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to gather essential background information and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Engage in individual supervision and professional collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth seeking mental health support. You will work with diverse populations, including adolescents and young adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family issues. Understanding the complexities of adolescent development will be crucial as you tailor therapeutic interventions to suit each client's needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Calhoun Families First Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
