Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing positive relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure continuity of care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that resonate with clients' specific goals and needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes for each client, to comply with licensing standards and quality assurance.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' backgrounds, needs, and treatment goals.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions aimed at addressing individual client challenges and promoting mental wellness.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to facilitate continuous professional development and collaboration.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily targets a youth demographic, requiring our clinicians to employ trauma-informed practices and strategies that resonate with younger clients. The ability to engage effectively with this age group while addressing complex issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and substance abuse is crucial for achieving optimal treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A commitment to meet internal credentialing requirements in alignment with clinical standards.

• Demonstrable skills in assessment and diagnosis, as well as delivering both individual and group therapy.

• Proficient in using technology, including basic computer skills for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n
