Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor therapy strategies uniquely suited to each client’s needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering safe and productive environments for healing.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to enhance comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards while ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, ideally in a clinical environment.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the field of mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gateway Behavioral Health Services offers an annual salary range of $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
