Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions as well as provide one-on-one counseling to provide holistic care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient records are up to date and secure.

• Collaborate with members of our multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care that aims at achieving optimal client outcomes.

• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions to stay informed on advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on supporting individuals and families experiencing various mental health issues. Our client population has limited access to traditional counseling services, and you will be a vital resource in their journey toward improved mental health. Your work will empower clients to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, instilling hope and encouraging personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is expected.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
