Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an assigned caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, stability, and make appropriate recommendations for future appointments.

• Develop and implement individual treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and challenges of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, including progress notes and intake evaluations, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Facilitate weekly individual counseling sessions, providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Participate actively in scheduled supervision meetings for professional growth and reflective practice.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to expand treatment options and recommendations for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, seeking to expand skills and knowledge in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Mind and Body Connect, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Our patient-centric approach emphasizes the importance of building trust and understanding each client’s unique background to foster their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using computer applications relevant to the role, including Excel, Outlook, and practice management systems.

• Experience providing individual and family therapy, with a strong comfort level in conducting intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model includes a Fee-for-Service structure, ensuring clinicians are paid ahead of collections without waiting for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
