Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dynamic caseload by establishing rapport with clients and fostering effective therapeutic relationships guided by professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and treatment goals, and initiate discharges when clinically appropriate.

• Design, implement, and manage person-centered treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring their voices and needs are at the forefront.

• Keep thorough and timely documentation for each client, including detailed progress notes in compliance with legal and professional standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to understand clients' backgrounds and treatment needs effectively.

• Maintain a designated number of individual therapy sessions each week, adjusting strategies as needed based on client feedback and progress.

• Engage in regular one-on-one supervision sessions aimed at enhancing your professional skills and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing relevant technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for record-keeping and client management.

• Experience providing individual and family therapy services, alongside comprehensive intake assessments.
