Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies that address their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing effective Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans that integrate various therapeutic modalities.

• Active participation in ongoing professional development and training workshops to ensure alignment with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who may face barriers to accessing mental health care. Our focus is on providing support for various conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. You will implement tailored treatment plans that cater to the specific circumstances of each individual, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting, preferably with clinical experience.

• Proven understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on experience and availability of caseload.
