Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to establish treatment goals and strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients' mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with ethical and legal standards to uphold the integrity of our practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
