Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify and understand their mental health needs, concerns, and aspirations.

• Facilitate individualized counseling sessions addressing various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Engage clients in therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions designed to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.

• Craft personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, equipping clients with resources and strategies to address immediate mental health challenges.

• Guide clients and their families in understanding mental health conditions, offering applicable coping mechanisms and available support services.

• Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome tracking, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Uphold high professional and ethical standards in counseling practice, prioritizing client confidentiality and informed consent in every encounter.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or familial conflict. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
