Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on the ongoing needs and progress of clients.

• Document sessions and progress notes meticulously to ensure accurate tracking of client development and adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct follow-up appointments and home visits, when necessary, to monitor client progress and provide support directly in their environments.

• Engage actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on comprehensive care strategies and refine program methodologies.

• Lead training sessions and share expertise with fellow team members to enhance overall service delivery and improve documentation practices.

• Act as a liaison between the community and mental health services, raising awareness about the importance of psychological support and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including both adults and youth, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, and other specializations will be invaluable as you tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical context.
