This position is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility of working from home while actively participating in an outpatient setting as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to understand their personal goals, preferences, and available treatment options before developing individualized rehabilitation plans.

• Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's education background, abilities, and employment aspirations, adjusting these as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement rehabilitation programs that align with the specific needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate effective outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case files, documenting essential information such as client history, treatment provided, insurance details, and communication logs.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress toward their goals, modifying treatment plans when needed to ensure effective progress is being made.
\n
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients involved in job training and placement programs, assisting with any concerns or challenges that may arise.
\n
• Engage with clients’ families to discuss ways to best support client-care efforts, promoting a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Timely document client needs and treatment reports to ensure comprehensive care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide resources and referrals to clients as necessary, guiding them towards additional support services that foster their success.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required to practice.

• Demonstrated experience providing mental health treatment in either residential or outpatient environments.

• Strong clinical skills in therapeutic methodologies including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
