This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while allowing you to engage with clients through telemedicine and in-person visits in our outpatient office, creating a hybrid approach that respects both your time and the needs of our clientele. Your working hours can be tailored to fit personal and team needs, typically involving Monday through Friday for full-time, and expanded options for part-time schedules, including evenings and Saturdays without requiring weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions aimed at individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside eligibility for bonus structures that enhance earning potential.
