Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, performing comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand their specific challenges.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family counseling, and support for couples, effectively addressing various mental health issues in a collaborative environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
