Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and building positive, ethical relationships that encourage ongoing therapeutic progress.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client stability, review treatment outcomes, and determine appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continuously assess personalized treatment plans designed to meet each client’s unique needs, employing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including detailed progress notes and intake assessments.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques to best match client circumstances.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision to reflect on practice, seek feedback, and ensure professional growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

• An unrestricted, independent, current, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Familiarity with technology, including proficiency in Excel, electronic health record systems, and communication tools such as Outlook and PIMSY.
