Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies and interventions for clients, conducting thorough assessments to tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to various client demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, with a strong focus on their unique mental health needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
