Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to gain insights into their mental health history, needs, goals, and any presenting concerns, using standardized tools and interviews.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions that promote healthy communication, conflict resolution, and relationship dynamics, enabling families to navigate their challenges successfully.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific objectives, interventions, and goals, ensuring alignment with each client’s journey to mental wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention and support services to clients facing acute mental health challenges, leveraging available resources and crisis management protocols to ensure safety and stabilization.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
