Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive outpatient office environment in Blacksburg. Our team collaborates virtually, and regular clinical meetings ensure that all staff members are informed, engaged, and aligned with our mission to fill gaps in mental health support. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

  Document all clinical interactions, including progress notes and treatment plan updates, following company guidelines to maintain accurate and timely records.

  Engage actively in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and best practices that enhance team performance and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and varying age groups. This role requires the ability to approach each client with empathy and understanding, as you assess and address their unique mental health challenges, whether they are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.

  Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

  Proficiency in setting and maintaining professional boundaries while fostering a trusting client relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
