Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively identify and understand clients' unique mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families, using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness interventions.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure the seamless provision of coordinated care that addresses each client’s comprehensive mental health profile.

• Render crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, employing active listening and de-escalation techniques while applying your formal training and expertise.

• Take part in community outreach programs and educational workshops aimed at reducing mental health stigma and improving awareness regarding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between $80,000 and $100,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
