Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions through secure video platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Develop supportive, trusting relationships that encourage clients to open up and engage effectively in their treatment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ specific needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse population of clients seeking assistance with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. The counselor in this position will work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring approaches to cater to individual client experiences and preferences. The remote nature of this role allows for a broad reach across geographic locations, enhancing access to mental health services for those who may be underserved.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapy and developing treatment plans, ideally a minimum of two years.

• Strong proficiency in virtual engagement techniques and communication skills, with a focus on trust-building.

• Familiarity with online therapy platforms and troubleshooting basic technology issues during sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
