We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely, providing essential psychotherapy and counseling services to a diverse client base, particularly within our detox center environment. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in facilitating mental wellness and emotional support for individuals, couples, and families.

Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for enhanced work-life balance. Operating within a detox center, our organization focuses on supporting individuals in their recovery journeys. We offer flexible scheduling options, allowing you to choose between four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, within the hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailored to meet unique needs.
\n
• Conducting thorough interviews to gather and interpret relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information from clients.
\n
• Evaluating clients' issues and developing treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.
\n
• Coordinating and planning programs aimed at addressing the social and emotional needs of clients, ensuring holistic support.
\n
• Facilitating cognitive, affective, and behavioral health case management including short-term crisis interventions and making referrals to community resources.
\n
• Building and maintaining trusting, respectful relationships with clients to foster a safe space for healing and growth.
\n
• Regularly assessing the effectiveness of treatment services and making necessary adjustments for improved client outcomes.
\n
• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans accurately and in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Maintaining a manageable caseload and ensuring timely updates to case documentation.
\n
• Carrying out additional duties as assigned to support the overall mission of our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing support to individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues such as depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have at least four years of experience in the field of social work or a related area, particularly with a focus on:

• Counseling for behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, grief, and relationship issues.

• Prior experience in detox or rehabilitation environments is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
