Work Environment

Situated in a welcoming outpatient office, our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology and tools. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite, engaging primarily with our patients and collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. The schedule includes standard office hours from Monday to Friday, with rotating weekend shifts to ensure comprehensive patient coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, mobility issues, and specific therapeutic needs, setting customized goals and treatment plans in accordance with physician directives.
• Implement treatment programs that utilize various physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Document all patient interactions, evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in a detailed, timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, ensuring optimal care delivery and aligning treatment modalities with established goals.
• Collaborate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to monitor treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to care strategies.
• Participate in departmental meetings to share insights on patient outcomes, suggest improvements, and contribute to a culture of continuous professional development.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Our Full-Time Physical Therapists receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
