Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couple therapy sessions for clients aged 5 to 18, utilizing evidence-based clinical practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapeutic interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and daily notes, to comply with regulatory requirements.

• Manage and schedule appointments with clients, ensuring consistency in care and effective use of therapeutic techniques.

• Effectively utilize our electronic medical records (EMR) system for tracking client progress and billing, collaborating with our billing service for claims and related follow-ups.

• Demonstrate the capability to address a diverse range of clinical presentations, from behavioral issues to emotional disturbances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on working with school-age children and adolescents, along with their families. You will play a vital role in addressing common concerns faced by students, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. The goal is to support students in achieving social and emotional success, facilitating their academic performance and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid LCSW license to practice independently in Virginia.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client schedules effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
