Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, building rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, address concerns, and discuss upcoming appointments, including planning for discharge when the client is ready.

• Effectively develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes in compliance with state guidelines and insurance requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments, identifying client needs, concerns, and the most appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Engage in individual supervision to reflect on practice and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients, ensuring their needs are met holistically.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adult and pediatric clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in Colorado is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, alongside a fee-for-service compensation model that emphasizes financial wellness.
