Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices to address the emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges clients face during rehabilitation.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses, crafting personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals aligned with clients' rehabilitation commitments.

• Actively advocate for clients and their families by connecting them with necessary community resources, support services, and social programs that enhance their overall recovery process.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention as needed, maintaining a focus on client safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation complies with legal and ethical standards while tracking progress and treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes flexible work hours, various paid time off (PTO) options, contributions towards professional development and continuing education, as well as additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus for new hires.
