Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing clinical assessments to inform your approach.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client care that addresses all aspects of mental health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state laws and ethical guidelines, while continuously seeking opportunities for professional development.

• Stay current on developments in mental health theory and practice, bringing new insights into your work with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals facing a variety of challenges, including those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, workplace conflicts, and more. You will be equipped to support clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that care is accessible, respectful, and responsive to the needs of each person. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is necessary.

• Proven ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year’s experience working directly with psychiatric patients or within substance abuse populations.
\n
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrated digital literacy, including basic keyboarding skills and experience using counseling software platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
