Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to pinpoint clients' mental health needs, identifying concerns, goals, and potential barriers to treatment.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions that address a diverse range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Lead engaging couples and family therapy sessions to navigate complex relationship dynamics, promote open communication, and resolve family conflicts.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in immediate distress, ensuring swift and effective management of acute mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to $95,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
