Work Environment\n

The full-time schedule runs Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. This remote role includes engagement in a state-of-the-art outpatient facility that is designed to facilitate holistic and evidence-based treatment specifically for our clientele aged 18 to 30 years. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, all working towards the shared goal of helping clients achieve their best selves.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Engage and lead supportive group sessions where clients can share experiences, connect authentically with peers, and learn valuable coping skills.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy to help clients explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, and create actionable plans for coping with their challenges.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individual, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, fostering a sense of ownership over their healing journey.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and track client progress using various tools and methods to ensure the effectiveness of treatment and adjust plans as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other professionals, sharing insights and coordinating efforts to enhance client outcomes, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on teens and young adults, aged 18-30, who face a range of mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to stress and identity issues. As a counselor, you will create a safe and affirming space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, aiding them in their pursuit of recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• A current and valid LPC license in Arizona.

• A strong understanding of therapeutic modalities used in adolescent and young adult mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
