Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharges as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for all clients to ensure continuity of care and compliance with best practices.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and initiate the treatment planning process.

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client progress.

• Engage in individual supervision and receive constructive feedback to enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to provide holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will span a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns. This includes anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and other serious mental health challenges. By providing tailored therapeutic and counseling services, you will play a pivotal role in your clients' journeys to healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, without restrictions.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with psychiatric record management systems such as PIMSY.

• Strong capability in conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, reflecting your experience and expertise. We offer a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring that you are compensated ahead of collections, minimizing wait times for reimbursements.
