Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to fully understand clients’ mental health needs, concerns, and goals.

• Provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to help clients unpack relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and family conflicts.

• Craft individualized treatment plans based on assessments that set clear objectives and clinically appropriate interventions.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support for clients facing urgent mental health challenges.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies, equipping them with resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all times.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques.

• Experience working in outpatient and/or community mental health settings, especially with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our compensation model is based on a fee-for-service structure, ensuring that you are rewarded for your hard work with guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections. Additional bonuses may be available, further enhancing your earning potential.
