Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapeutic strategies, utilizing evidence-based practices to meet the individual needs of clients during virtual sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and treatment objectives.

• Implement therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring approaches are customized for each client.

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of service delivery.

• Maintain precise and ethical clinical documentation, adhering to all legal standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will interact with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is essential.

• Hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context is required, demonstrating a capacity for effective client engagement.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical practice standards in mental health counseling.

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
