Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure efficient tracking of progress.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
