Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse client caseload effectively, developing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, schedule future appointments, and initiate discharge when suitable.

• Design, implement, and supervise individualized treatment programs in partnership with clients, ensuring that their personal goals are met.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation for every client, including comprehensive progress notes, to track treatment efficacy.

• Perform thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
\n
• Participate in regular one-on-one supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create a cohesive treatment plan for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials, with unrestricted and independent status.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS (Record Management System), Outlook, and PIMSY software.
\n
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Familiarity and comfort with completing intake assessments is essential.
