Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the therapeutic needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practices.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling, with a minimum of two years in a clinical context.

• A strong understanding of legal, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on performance.
