Work Environment\n

As an LPC at Victory Mind Mental Health Solutions, you will operate mainly in a remote capacity, providing outpatient care to a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess client needs through comprehensive examinations and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy for individuals, couples, and groups.

• Maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff, to deliver comprehensive client care.

You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely-related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
