Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to design individualized therapy strategies that enhance clients' emotional and psychological health.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities to a diverse client base, including individuals, families, and couples.
\n
• Employing an array of tailored therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records according to legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care, assuring that all client needs are met holistically.

• Participating in ongoing professional development workshops to stay current with advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Many clients will be seeking help for issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance misuse. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals access the support they need to improve their mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
