Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health requirements, utilizing a range of clinical tools and methodologies to identify concerns and define treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions focusing on diverse mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet each client's unique needs.

• Provide couples and family therapy to address interpersonal dynamics, improve communication skills, and resolve familial conflicts, fostering healthier relationships.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable objectives, interventions, and regular reviews to track client progress.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, employing effective strategies to ensure their safety and well-being during emergencies.

• Engage clients and their families in educational discussions, promoting awareness of mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain precise, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes are up to date.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
