Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen and empathize with clients.

• Proven capability to build rapport quickly and effectively, creating a safe space for clients to discuss sensitive topics.

• Experience in developing customized treatment plans that reflect clients’ individual goals and needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of and experience with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches.

• Prior experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with severe mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
