Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients and their families through telehealth, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Regularly assess client progress and re-evaluate treatment plans to meet changing needs, ensuring that therapeutic goals align with clients' evolving situations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to coordinate care efforts, share insights, and enhance treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

• Engage with Emora Health’s clinical leadership to continuously refine our therapeutic processes and deliver optimal outcomes for families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will specifically cater to a diverse client demographic including children, teens, young adults, and families. You will address a range of behavioral health issues while focusing on trauma-informed care, as well as navigating the complexities associated with substance use disorders. Your role will not only involve direct counseling but also educate families on effective parenting and health strategies to promote well-being within the home environment.

Qualifications\n

• Masters degree in Counseling or a related field
\n
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in independent psychotherapy treatment
\n
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of hire

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services effectively.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR and DBT.

• Previous work with children and families preferred but not mandatory.
