Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups, family units, and individual sessions to promote holistic healing and improvement in mental health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation following legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.

Your work will primarily involve helping individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary between $70,000 and $110,000 per year, alongside performance bonuses.
