Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate clients through comprehensive examinations to develop tailored treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies in a variety of settings, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, among others.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and enhance comprehensive care for clients, leveraging the diverse expertise available within our organization.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
\n
• Engage in continual professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, ranging from individuals seeking help with anxiety and depression to families dealing with trauma and substance misuse issues. As a critical member of our team, you will support clients in overcoming significant barriers to their mental well-being, collaborating to foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
\n
• An active and unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.
\n
• At least two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical or community setting is needed to effectively address the needs of our clients.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance use disorders is highly desirable.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing therapeutic practice is expected.

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus. Additionally, you will benefit from flexible work schedules, including full-time and part-time options, along with uncapped earnings potential based on performance.
