Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized therapy strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy, tailored to each client.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a compassionate and secure environment.

Qualifications\n

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $110,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
