Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to additional services when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, in addition to performance-based bonus opportunities.
