Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments to create individualized treatment plans, considering the unique backgrounds and needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy in both individual and group settings.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, ensuring all practices comply with state laws and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and therapeutic trends.

• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and foster an environment of shared knowledge and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on individuals, couples, families, and groups who present a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, along with a competitive bonus structure that enables unlimited earning potential.
