Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain detailed clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring timely progress notes and treatment reports are accurately documented.

• Engage in professional development and attend workshops to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health and behavioral therapy.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of client care and facilitate referrals to other specialists as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is mandatory, preferably in a clinical or community setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, complemented by performance bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus.
