Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations during initial consultations to determine clients' needs and establish treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based methodologies and interventions tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that are in alignment with clients' goals and progress.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to help clients address emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues, fostering resilience and personal growth.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Stay informed of developments and trends in the counseling field, applying new knowledge to enhance client care and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective client interactions.

• A proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Experience working with diverse populations, displaying an understanding of multicultural experiences and their impacts on mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting, preferably within a community health clinic.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques as part of remote counseling practices.

• Advanced knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
