Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the client’s needs and circumstances, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain clinical documentation and up-to-date client records in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline administrative tasks.

• Engage in professional development activities, remaining informed about emerging trends and evidence-based practices in the field of mental health counseling.

• Participate actively in clinic staff meetings, contributing insights and sharing experiences to foster a collaborative and enriching team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues among others. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet the different cultural and personal backgrounds of clients, guiding them through their unique mental health journeys with empathy and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor credential in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
